Rendezvous by the River: A Night to Remember
A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Rendezvous by the River! It was an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, great music, and delicious food, all set against the stunning backdrop of the American River at Camp Lotus. Diane Wilkinson Catering served up a mouthwatering feast, delighting guests with her flavorful creations and The Street Wheelers rocked the night away, keeping everyone on their feet with an incredible mix of tunes that brought energy and fun to the event. Courtney Richmond of Paper Moon Flowers provided florals with warm cinnamon hues, amplifying the fall ✨aesthetic✨.
The cozy and clear fall evening along the riverbank provided the perfect atmosphere for the celebration. Surrounded by nature's beauty and the sound of flowing water, everyone had a blast enjoying the festivities and good company.
The strength of our river community was more apparent than ever at the event. The bonds we share, our collective passion for protecting these waterways, and the dedication of so many individuals is the foundation of our work. It's this united effort that empowers us to stand up for our rivers, educate others, and ensure future generations can enjoy these precious ecosystems.

We’re excited to announce that we raised over $47,000! These funds will help us continue fighting the Triple Threat: Sites Reservoir, the Delta Conveyance Tunnel, and the Voluntary Agreements—all of which would drain the Sacramento River and Bay Delta to ship more water south. We are also working to restore flows in the mighty San Joaquin River, which has been dewatered for decades.
Last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to our sponsors, auction donors, volunteers, and staff for making this amazing night possible. It truly was a night to remember!
We want to hear from you!
